Super Nancy Album Takes Kids To The Zoo

Nancy Ajram is mushing three songs into one music video, a total of six minutes and a half where Nancy plays cute with kids at he zoo. The clip was filmed in Beirut and Southern Lebanon with tons of kids doing kiddie stuff.

Nancy is just one of the kids. She is releasing her second all kids album--grownups like them too in Mid August in time for Eid El Fiter celebration. This is not the first time collaboration between Nancy Ajram and director Laila Kanaan.

Nancy wears clownish colorful pant. Using 45 kids as props, and using graphics and animations in both China and Canada. About 300 hundred thousand dollars are the reported budget. This is the energizer bunny music video. There are more than one look for Nancy....I like her song for little girls, Nancy has of her own.

WATCH: Nancy "Ajram Ya Banat" نانسى عجرم - يا بنات

There's justice in this world. Nancy Ajram has done justice to the female gender. She is releasing a hit song with the title "Girls" about the joy of having girls for children. She has two girls of her own and she wants the world to know she is all about those fun and sweat creatures.

The song is part of the Super Nancy album, an album with with kids in mind, but with a lot of heart. It's a cute songs with girls all over it, it reminds people that having girls is a great thing. the song radiates happy and  assures that Nancy Ajram is here to stay.

The song's promo was released on a TV show few weeks ago and the album is getting quite the buzz on the internet. This is the second song with girls in the title for Nancy in less than two months. The previous song was about how girls think--a fun song but for grownups. Nancy has a large number of women in her life. Her mom is there, her girls and most of her music videos have been directed by other females.

Super Leefa, The Most Real Popular Album of 2012

Abu El Leef is an awseom singer who has grew tired of outdated songs that only speaks about emotions and not talk about the great picture. People are all around us full of shit, someone has to put them in their place. Once love has been put in place, what comes next? Marriage? Abu El Leef is a social commentator on all things Egypt and its society.

I love this new album and I tend to skip other albums to give this album another listen. Here's my take on each of the album's tracks and subjects discussed.

01 - A3ozo Bellah, a real dose of how most people get in other people business, and try to jinx their life by envying them for their hard work or luck.
02 - Bent El-Nass, this is the most exciting track in the entire album, its recorded as of Abu El Leef is in the 60s performing live in a very folksy sitting. I might not like the guy pretending to be holier than though and speak ill of some females. "Women wearing perfume are hookers" as the song implies. But musically this is a real delight.
03 - Hatofrag 3alena, a duet with unlikely singer Hisham Abbas, a good beat that mixes sweet and humor, I like the energy. A good collaboration for both artists who seem to have real chemistry.
04 - Ta2 To2et El-Fan, the shortest song, but with the most important message, singing is not against Islam. Abu El Leefa delivers a decent song that asks people to chill and not to fight art and artists. A timely message indeed where Abu El Leef speaks truth to powers.
05 - Ba2ena Be Zambalek, a time piece, a wise song about how times change and how people keep chasing the dream wanting to own things. It might have to do with the Arab Spring, one day you are king of the world, the second you are in the hospital. The song plays well to the demographics Abu El Leefa appeal to.
06 - El-Tawoos, a nother song about life and how rich people think they own the world, when in reality they will end in a grave. A dark and gloomy song that some might find is hard to swallow, but just like truth it can be hard to process.
07 - Taxi 2, a sequel to the Abe El Leef's ealier song Taxi, this time he has more money and can afford to hail a cap to take him to Paris. He is knocking down the air quality in Cairo, and such. I like it only because I like the first one. You might like the funk spirit.
08 - TaTa TaTa, a Sh'abi mawal, folks tales and such. I do not love the song, but I know it will be a welcomed track in certain Cairo pockets where their pockets are empty. A song about those who try to live an honest life, tend to get stepped all over by thr people. The gangsters are feared and greeted with love form people all around.
09 - Nena How, a song about cellphones, not answering your phone when you do not know the number. a good song that teaches younger folks to be respectful and not try to go around with girls and fooling around. A song about good people ladies and men who know their limits.
10 - Gedo, a funny humorous take on grandpa. Grandpa can spoil the grand kids and let them get away with stuff. A good song for the kids, it teaches them respect. It's a cute song that celebrates both the young and old. Abu El Leef does a good job here by tabbing into the kids market.
11 - Khaleek Fe El-Nour, one of my favorite tracks on the album. The message, if you want to get married, you should do it by knocking in the front door, no need to go the alternative ways and instead of doing things right, doing it through paper---paper marriages where the contract remains with the bride. This is a common practice, a tricky way to be able to have a sexual relationship and claim, that you are a couple. Abu El Leef tells people to take it easy and do the proper thing. He also tells such guys he will beat them up....imagine this was your sister.
12 - El-Tawoos (Remix), again, the same great song with a new twist.

بابا فين Where Is Dad? The Hit Song With Arab Kids

Some goofy looking guy wears glasses and calls a number, then a group of kids answer the phone, and give him a trip. Kid stories about their world. The guy feels tired as he keeps trying to get though the the kids father.

It was a cute song and everyone was surprised by this kiddie song that was highly entertaining. The kids do a good job driving this man mad by being cute and kiddish. The song came in the early 2000, and it inspired a number of copy cats since then...Haifa Wahbe made a sequel to it few years ago--it was a good song too.

The song came from an album with a kid group called Free Baby,  it came few songs, none of them was as popular as your';s your father hit!

Ghada Ragab Speaks In Tongues With "Awey Awey"

She is shy to confess of her love to him, she would write it, but she can never utter the words. This is how this new song by Egyptian diva Ghada Ragab goes. Ghada is one of the fine voices in Egypt, she hast the warmth and the versatility. But producers are not exactly lining up...she went to Lebanon and from there she found her way in Turkey where her new album is being recorded and produced.

Ghada will also sing in Turkish--she can sing in half a dozen of languages. Her Turkish album was applauded by the Egyptian ambassador to Turkey. Not sure why in her latest music video she has so many kids running around. Then hear the song toward the end, you will get some Turkish

Hope you will this pop song that has a decent voice carrying it through and through.

حلا الترك - زهقانة | Little Rascal Hala AL Turk - Zahgana

Kids cannot get into clubs, but who to say they cannot sing to club music? Ask Hala Al Turk who might be the cutest Arab kid in the entertainment business. She has lots of fans all over the Arab world, but she is also growing fast too.

She brought another boy for the music video of hers, where they are both bored, they want to go around the world eating popcorn and drinking juice. She leaves home and travels around the world with her brother. She travles in style too.

She also sends her parents post card and gifts from the places they visited. For me, this song is a mixed bag but that does not stop it from being entertaining.

Hamda Helal Cool Sumner Sponge Bob Song

Hamda Helal earns his biggest paycheck form his movies, he gets good money as he ashes on his fans love. He is a very lovable guy with a sweet personality and a great natural sense of humor. Kids love him, and so do their parents, so he turns out people to movies. His latest is a comedy--he has made action/drama too.

The one movie that people will flock to theaters to see is his hit move Mr. and Mrs. Awees. It's PG rated with some crude humor. I want to see this movie by this family man who knows how to carry a movie.

Not sure how sponge bob fits in the picture, but it looks like a Halloween party at some fancy home. It's catchy song with a cool beat. Hamda can sing and apprnetly he also composed the music for this promo song. Another cool lady shares the screen with him, Bushra who hold her own ground and bring a lot of flavorsome lines into this family friendly production.

Child Star Hala Al Turk Is Bored, Not Us Though

The most popular kid on Arab TV is Hala Turk, the little girl form Bahrain that almost won the title for Arabs Got Talent. Despite her not winning, she has scored the largest contracts in the business. She has already released an album, filmed dozens of commercials and appeared on numerous TV shows.

But she is just getting warmed up, as she is gearing up for a song--a teaser is below, where she is feeling bored at home, I do like the bright colors and the kiddish Hala. Girls grow so fast, she is way taller than I remember her when we met hear more than a year ago.

She is still so cute and so fun to look at, I hate how people in the comment sections telling her parents to have her memorize the Koran instead--like you cannot do both. I do not like mean people who are turning the comments into a negative Nancy blog. She is a young girl, she makes songs for the kids--not you overgrown idiots out there.

LISTEN: Dolly Shahine Sings For The Neglected Arab Kid

Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Palestine are the two placed where Dolly Shahine (Chahine)  puts to shame. The song is about children rights and their plight. The Lebanese singer is going into details about the struggles of children in those places. She is asking people to love those little creatures an dgive them more atention.

Make your hugs a home for them, I like the subject and think it's timely. But I do believe this is not the perfect song for Dolly's voice. It really does not do her justice. I am impressed that she took on the question of Syria and about the murder of many children there--she is not blaming one side or another.

So Dolly, gets credit for raising attention to this neglected subject, it buys her good well among her peers and gets her on the radio. She has been missing for some time now and has not taken parts in any concerts, movies or music projects for some time now. This is a good time

Muslim Songs For Kids/Children "My Little Girl"

I do not know weather Muslim singer Maher Zain has kids or not (if you are reading this, stop Google-ing his wife, it's trending on Google) But it seems that his little girl Aya Zain has added her audio track to this song--she also gets credit.

As a father he is making her a song, a personal one like he has never sounded before. He sounds like a grateful man for his little bundle of joy called Aya. I think it's cute when parents sing for their kids, by sharing their songs with us, we can use them as our own since not all of us can sing.

He has even made the song music video as a crayons with colors and all those things children love. Buy Maher Zain's album from iTunes so that he can  provide for his family.

See "Super Nancy" Come For Your Arab Kids

Lebanese director Leila Kanaan has shared with the web a sneak peak of the new Nancy Ajram look for her all kids album. The title will be Super Nancy, and that will be a character played by Nancy thought out the album and its promotional material.

It's a sad day when Arab parents let other people teach their kids good lessons. Nancy Ajram is a good mother and a great positive role model for all kids out there, but that does not mean she should replace parenting. I do not think that's her plan, but this is what most Arab parents do when they let outsiders preach to their kids for money.

Aside dorm that, this will be a fun album for all the kids out there. We have already heard a teaser for the upcoming album.

Mahmoud El Mohandes Rings In Ramadan 2012 محمود المهندس - رمضان بيخبط

Ramadan is the time we pray, eat, sleep, pray, read the holy book, and then over eat. But in between, there are those awesome Ramadan songs talking about food and daily rituals and dishes. I like such songs, they help create an atmosphere of excitement especially for the young ones.

Ramadan is a magical time, and it is the perfect season to make memories. So, get excited the first song to ring in the holy month is in and it's by young and good looking new comer Mahmoud El Mohandes who just released his song for us all.

I like it, Ramadan is knocking at our doors and bringing all the good stuff with it, says the song. I am nostalgic now because Mahmoud's song paints the perfect Ramadan picture, with everything including the dessert.

Assala's "Awel Aid Milad" Song 4 Her Twins Birthday

Why do celebrities expect us to care about their kids? Do we really care that much or do we even have time to tune in? I mean some celebrities are shameless in trying to talk about their kids. Just look at the clips from the hospital room where Assalah is showing us where it all went down, the moment they were born and then them growing up.

This is really strange, do the kids have a say in this matter? Why do celebrities bring their kids to the spotlight? Has not not ruined so many lives before? Assalah does have kids from her previous marriage, and onlive TV she has exchanged kisses (on the mouth) with Tarik.

Aside from this, this should be a family song, not a song release for the masses--keep in mine Assalah has a jerk ex husband who speaks ill of her every chance he get. The song features her husband Tarik--a music producer and her two twins Adam and Ali. Then Assalah gives her mother a sincere shout out who has helpled her in each step along the way. She sends a prayer to her late father.

Again, this is a great song, I have to admit. my issue is with the images of the little kids. Do you notice the minimal makeup? It's kind of a star in a different light.

Pyramedia: Seham Omar - Ezzay Ya'ny / سهام عمر - إزاي يعني

Pyramedia produces music in Egypt, but it seems to be only working with new comers to the game. Freshman stars enjoy working with Pyramedia that takes a chance on them. But if those make it big, I do not think they sit around and stick with Pyramedia. This might be a good business model as the stars tend to be inexpensive when they are new, but once they hit the big times, they want more.

So that's why we get to hear and see singers like Sehma Omar who has a new music video out. This teen singer who seems to like to do what other teens do is dancing and singing for your entertainment. This clip is taken form all other teen shows, something that seems natural to Seham, cars, kittens, boxing, gym...etc.

The song has turned into a fashion show, I could count at least seven outfits. This song might be a great hit with the youth., I found parts of it to be Yawn-worthy.

Using Children in Arab Cinema To Say Adults Stuff

The little girl's name is Jana and she is all over Egypt's entertainment at he moment, she has stared in at least three movies to date. She has appeared in a music video with Sandy and on top of that she has a talk show on TV where she interviews celebrities.

The girl is innocent, but the adults in the music video are not. The lyrics are suggestive sexually, the lead female voice in the song Amar sounds like she is part of a porno using her sexy voice when in fact she is telling a story to kids. This is the sickest part of Egyptian pop culture where they put kids in those circumstances and use them as mouthpieces for perverted dialogue.

I think this movie will make tons of dollars as dumb movies seem to do well at the moment.

Nancy Ajram As A Kid, George Wassouf As A Kid

Nancy Ajram has to little girls now, but she was a kid once and a cute one too, see this old picture of hers where she still have that Nancy Ajram look loved by millions around the world. You can tell this girl knew she is a star from her days as a child.
George Wassouf was never about looks, and as a kid he did not seem to care about them either. The singer of a unique voice and a firebrand personality has a picture when we was a kid back in the black and white era. It always bring a cheer to my soul when I see such pictures, they put a celebrity in a different light. I wish  I can locate pictures for me as a little boy, I do not seem to find them.

البوم نانسى عجرم - يا بنات LISTEN: Nancy Ajram All Kids 2012 Album

The Arab world's biggest female pop star is rightfully so because she makes the right decisions both on personal and professional level. Now comes her second album geared for kids. In 2007 she has her first all kids album, it was a smash hit and many copied the concept behind it. Five years later, she is a little older and wiser, plus two little girls of her comes her second album.

On another note the production value for the album is pretty good, why not? Nancy Ajram is well funded and her albums sell big and for a good reason. There's a Happy Birthday song that has the potential to be a classic. What Nancy Ajram is doing is reaching to a younger generation to cement their love of her music and her voice which something she can capitalize on for years to come.

We have the sample of the album as the promo was released two days ago. This is a happy albm that will get your kids to dance and give you a giggle. This sounds like a decent album that even parents can enjoy listening to it with their kids. There's real money in such albums, but something tells me Nancy is doing it for her two little girls.

Track List

2.Happy Birthday
3.Bo2 El Katkout

Darine Hadchiti - Tamenny Ya Doctor / دارين حدشيتي - طمني يا دكتور

The cutest girl of Lebanese pop has just connected with her inner child and made a music video for your kids and the kid inside you. She made a muppet filled music video that does have very random elements. Blending cartoons with real time images.

Darine looks as cute as she has ever looks. the song is a light romance with comedy. A visit to the doctor is not about medical necessity, but rather a result of a new love affair. The title of the song can be tricky as it translates to, tell me doctor. She goes to see the doctor because the moment she spotted the guy she has changed and that has shaken her system.

No more does she what to do with this new love story as she sits home awaiting for the guy to show up as he has asked for her home address to pay them a visit. This is a cute music video and should not be taken seriously, afterall the kids might enjoy it too.

Singers And Charity Are Like Peanut Butter & Jelly

Entertainers are supposed to have super feelings, they are meant to be sensitive, the very thing that makes them super humans and allow them to express emotions better than us the average can.

Here's a song by Basmah, Iconic Mansour Al Rahabay is the brain behind the song. This is a touching song, I believe the singer felt it from the look of her voice and the blues in her voice. This is a live orchestra. Mansour has passed away in 2009, and took his idealism with him, leaving us his music.

Mohammed Mounir's Mini Version Arrives

Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. That what iconic Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir knows. there's a kid who has been making news lately for his imitation of Mounir. The nameless kid has the look, the voice and the posture that qualifies him to be a worthy attribute of Mounir's.

Check out this randomly awesome video and enjoy the bit. I think Mounir knows the kid, and he has used him in his most recent ad, as the kid gave the look of a young Mounir.
